To work on the inquiries as quick and efficient as possible we are using a ticket-system. Every Support-inquiry receives a ticket number. With this you can check the status of your ticket as well as all answers. All tickets opened by you, will be saved in an archive so they can be checked again at a later point. To create a ticket and receive answers from us you need a valid e-mail-address.

Before creating a ticket please check the knowledge base and search for the required term. You will often find anwers here.

Our Support times are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Current system status

To check the most recent status for all of our servers please visit the status information site. In case of ongoing technical issues, you can check important information provided by our developing team there.
